Recently, the Board Secretary of ICBC, Dr. Guan Xueqing led the team to hold an ESG conference for more than 50 investors from over ten institutions around the world.

During the conference, ICBC shared its practices and achievements in terms of the development of ESG-related sustainable finance, comprehensively showcased its recent progress and results in green finance, social responsibility, corporate governance, etc. Meanwhile, ICBC and the investors engaged in a candid and professional in-depth exchange about topics of concern to the investors including low-carbon transformation of banks, relevant credit policies, climate risk governance, information disclosure, marine environmental governance and other social risks, as well as diversity of Board of Directors.
