Notes: The Board of Directors of the Bank proposed distributing cash dividends for ordinary shares of RMB3.064 (pre-tax) for each ten shares of 356,406,257,089 ordinary shares for 2023, totaling about RMB109,203 million. The distribution plan will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting for the Year 2023 for approval. Once approved, the above mentioned dividends will be paid to the holders of A shares and H shares whose names appeared on the share register of the Bank after the close of market on 15 July 2024.
