Traffic Accident Insurance Service
Peony express card provides you with high amount traffic accident insurance and comprehensive guarantee your rights and interest and safety. With payment of full amount for traffic tickets with peony express card, you can have high amount traffic accident insurance provided by ICBC for you wherever you are at home and abroad.
Notes: payment of full amount with the card for traffic tickets, but not including cash and check.
＃Insurance Amount＃
Gold card: RMB1,000,000;
Common card: RMB500,000.
＃Effective Period of Insurance Responsibility＃
Effective period of traffic accident insurance is one year. Insurance period starts from zero hour after the day you receive the card. When your insurance expires, if ICBC doesn't notice you on cancellation of the insurance, you are still customers of ICBC peony express card and the insurance service will automatically renewed for another year.
＃Beneficiary Appointment＃
Accident death insurance money beneficiary is the first legal heir of the insured. If the insured holds objection on the above appointment, he can directly go to Taikang Life Insurance Co., Ltd. to go through procedures for alteration of insurance money beneficiary after receiving the peony express card. ICBC doesn't accept trusted affairs of the beneficiary. Beneficiary of accident disability insurance is the insured itself. Insurance company doesn't accept other appointment or alteration.
＃Notice＃
Keeping of Transaction Documents and Counterfoils
You can have traffic accident insurance service provided by ICBC only when you make full payment for tickets of means of transportation. In case of dangerous, you can provide evident for your cardholder identification and payment for tickets with cards. Therefore, make sure to properly keep sales receipt of traffic tickets and counterfoils of the tickets.
Provision of Claim Evidence
In case of danger, you should provide corresponding supporting materials as required by insurance company. Please directly tell the insurance company when you fail to provide the materials and needs our help. The insurance company will contact us directly and ICBC will cooperate with insurance company to provide evidence. Please directly contact service organizations of insurance company in the country for affairs on report, investigation and claim of traffic accident insurance. Cancellation of Insurance Service
If you cancel your peony express card or the card is cancelled by ICBC during insurance responsibility period, you will have no traffic accident insurance service provided by ICBC from zero hour of the next day of the said cancellation.
Additional notes: issues not covered in the traffic accident insurance terms shall be subject to insurance agreement signed between ICBC and insurance company and related insurance terms.
