Report Loss: it is a group of function for temporary loss report of registered card of Internet Banking, under-linked card/account.

1. This is a function for temporary report of lost Money Link Card, Elite Club A/C Card, e-Age Card, passbook A/C of all-in-one fixed deposit or current deposit. You have to complete the official loss reporting in person at ICBC outlet within the period of temporary loss reporting. The temporary loss reporting will be void after the expiry period. 2. Report of lost of Quasi Credit Card, Credit Card, International Credit Card, International Debit Card, Private Label Card via Internet Banking starts effective once the formalities completed.To cancel the report of loss, you have to cancel at the outlets of card issuer. Report lost of new card can be made at ICBC outlets. You can call Telephone Banking if you wish to replace a new card for the lost international credit card. 3. ICBC stops all banking activities conducted on registration card once reported lost, no ATM cash advance or POS spending, only remain the function of allowing the registration card to logon Internet Banking. No account enquiry, transfer or payment can be made via Internet Banking by the lost Money Link Card, Elite Club A/C Card or by the accounts linked under the card. Account enquiry can be made under Internet Banking by the lost Quasi Credit Card,Credit Card or International Card, no transfer nor payment. |
