More than 200 representatives from enterprises and public institutions gathered at the "Conference on Sharing Experience of Internal Audit of State-owned Enterprises" hosted by China Institute of Internal Audit in Beijing earlier. At the conference, ICBC has been named "Leading Internal Audit Enterprise" in recognition of the Bank's excellence in audit informatization.

In recent years, ICBC has stepped up innovation and implementation of off-site audit. In internal audit, ICBC has a system in place featuring "standard mechanism, comprehensive IT platform, cutting-edge technology, first-class team". This system plays an active role in auditing, continuous monitoring and risk assessment and brings quality and efficiency to ICBC audit. It is also a strong support to sustain the growth of ICBC internal audit while providing value-added audit services to ICBC internally.
