British FTSE 100 decreases 0.80 pct on Thursday
 

FTSE 100 Index, British benchmark stock market gauge, Thursday decreases by 0.80 percent, or 54.91 points, to 6,790.51 points.

Share price of Royal Bank of Scotland Group increased by 6.13 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips. Dixons Carphone, British Land Co, Marks & Spencer Group and easyJet increased by 4.63 percent, 3.76 percent, 3.20 percent and 3.05 percent respectively.

Randgold Resources led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 6.26 percent, following by Fresnillo (4.33 percent), GlaxoSmithKline (3.27 percent), Johnson Matthey (3.09 percent) and Diageo (2.91 percent).
