U.S. Dollar Rises Against Most Major Currencies-March 14
 

The U.S. dollar climbed against most major peers on Tuesday as the Federal Reserve was widely expected to raise interest rates later this week.

In late New York trading, the euro fell to 1.0620 dollars from 1.0658 dollars in the previous session, while the dollar bought 114.66 Japanese yen, lower than 114.80 yen of the previous session.
