The U.S. dollar declined against most major currencies on Thursday as investors are cautious amid uncertainty over the pace of Federal Reserve's further rate-hikes.

In late New York trading, the euro rose to 1.0669 dollars from 1.0587 dollars, while the dollar bought 113.23 Japanese yen, lower than 114.27 yen in the previous session.
