The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 115 yen zone early Thursday morning in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m. local time, the dollar was quoted at 115.06-07 yen compared with 115.36-46 yen in New York and 116.04-06 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Wednesday.

The euro fetched 1.0594-0597 dollars and 121.90-93 yen against 1.0577-0587 dollars and 122.10-20 yen in New York and 1.0558-0559 dollars and 122.52-56 yen in Tokyo late Wednesday afternoon.
