The U.S. dollar changed hands marginally below the 114 yen line in early deals in Tokyo on Wednesday, principally in line with levels seen overnight in New York.

As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 113.90-91 yen compared with 113.93-114.03 yen in New York and 113.84-85 yen at 5 p.m. in Tokyo on Tuesday.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.0569-0570 dollars and 120.39-43 yen against 1.0562-0572 dollars and 120.36-46 yen in New York and 1.0596-0597 dollars and 120.63-67 yen in late Wednesday afternoon trade in Tokyo.
