In order to expand the channel of Peony International Card holders in using card, ICBC opens the service to clear overseas transactions of Peony International Card through China Union Pay network in March 25, 2006. Details as follow:

1.ICBC opens the service to clear overseas transactions of Peony International Card through China Union Pay network for nearly 21 countries and regions, including Hong Kong, Korea, Germany, Australia, etc. (Please visit China Union Pay website "en.chinaunionpay.com" and view "International Service" for details)

2.Transactions at POS or ATMs carried with Unionpay logo in the above-mentioned countries or regions will all be cleared through China Union Pay network and settled by RMB account. No commission will be charged for POS transactions. Standard fee for each cash withdrawal at ATM is 1% of the amount + 2 Yuan each transaction.

3.Overseas transactions at POS or ATMs carried with International Card Association logos will be still cleared through International Card Association networks and settled by foreign currency account.
