Bank cards safety tips

1.PIN code of bank cards could not be written on your cards or stored near your cards. For example, store it in your purse or unsafe place which strangers pass through.
2.If you want withdraw cash from a ATM, please make sure nobody is watching you whenever you enter your PIN into the ATM.
3.Clients attention please, do not use your name and bank card number doing email or telephone order which book products or services. If you have done booking, please cancel it. Note: such occurrences caused losses; INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA (ALMATY) JSC does not assume the responsibility for compensation.
4.In case of theft or loss the bank card, our clients should immediately report bank to block it. If you did the payment through POS, please check the receipt carefully. It should not show all digital numbers of your bank card. Otherwise, inform bank.
5.Please do not submit your personal details to unsafe websites.
