Temperary Cash Business procedure Notice

 

Dear Valued Customer:

We are planning to change our business premises by the end of July 2018. The relocation process will begin on 18th June(Monday), the period is expected to be 40-50 days long. During the relocation period, US dollar cash services and other non-cash services are operating normally, Myanmar Kyats cash services will be handled according to the following procedures:

1. MMK Cash Deposit:

Customers are required to make an advance appointment by phone, SMS, email, or WeChat within two working days. We will arrange an ICBC staff to accompany you to deposit the cash from KBZ Kyun Taw Lan branch, and credit the amount to your account in ICBC accordingly.

2. MMK Cash Withdrawal:

Customers are required to make an advance appointment by phone, SMS, email, or WeChat within two working days. Customers are required to submit an ICBC Yangon Branch’s MMK cheque to ICBC, and ICBC will issue a corresponding amount of MMK in KBZ Bank’s Cheque to you. We will arrange an ICBC staff to accompany you to withdraw the cash from KBZ Kyun Taw Lan Branch.
