Mr. Wang has served as Executive Director of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited since December 2016，and Senior Executive Vice President since December 2013. He joined the China Development Bank (“CDB”) in 1994 and serviced as Deputy Head of Heilongjiang Branch, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department of the Head Office, Head of Project Appraisal Department III of the Head Office, Head of Beijing Branch and Head of Human Resources Department of the Head Office of CDB. He graduated from Huazhong Agricultural University and got the bachelor’s degree of agronomy. He is a senior engineer.
