Mr. Zhao has served as Senior Executive Vice President of the Bank since November 2025. He previously served as Deputy General Manager of ICBC Jilin Branch, General Manager of Inner Mongolia Branch, General Manager of Shandong Branch, chief person in charge of the Credit Approval Department of the Head Office, and General Manager of Shanghai Branch.
