>>Revenue structure optimization
Contribution of net fee and commission-based income in total revenue increased from 4.2% in 2003 to 17.8% in 2009.

>>Assets structure optimization
Loan mix is continuously optimized: more efforts on personal loans, SME loans, and trade finance; implementation of Green Credit policy by exiting from high pollution, high energy consumption, and over-capacity industries. Investment portfolio is also optimized with higher yield.
