2010 Corporate Social Responsibility Report

ICBC announced the 2010 Corporate Social Responsibility Report of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited on 30th March 2011.This is fourth report we have published since 2007. Ernst & Young Hua Ming carried out assurance procedures in relation to key sustainability indicators included in the Report.

This Report includes six parts, that is, Chairman and President's Statement, Strategy and Profile, Economic Performance, Environmental Performance, Social Performance and Outlook, and shows the key points about facilitating steady and coordinated development of the economy, supporting small and medium enterprises, following customers and providing global services, promoting green credit policy, promoting e-banking, advocating the eco-office, contributing to public welfare undertakings, serving Shanghai Expo, supporting Guangzhou Asian Games, caring for the employees, enhancing business integrity, improving banking services,etc.
