Senior Management Team

The senior management team, including the president of ICBC, is responsible for organizing operation and management activities of ICBC. President exercises his duties and authorities in accordance with laws, regulations, rules and ICBC Articles of Association and authorization of the shareholders’ general meeting and the board of directors.

The senior management team includes one President, five Senior Executive Vice Presidents and four other leaders of the bank.
