Special Committee of Board of Supervisors

The Supervision Committee is established under the Board of Supervisors. On July 2, 2009, the Board of Supervisors elected the new session of head member and members of the Supervision Committee.

The Supervision Committee consists of four supervisors, including Ms. Dong Juan, Ms. Wang Chixi, Mr. Meng Yan and Mr. Zhang Wei. Ms. Dong Juan is the head member of the Committee.

The powers of the Supervision Committee include, among others: formulating plans for the inspection and supervision of the financial activities of the Bank; formulating plans for the audits on retiring and leaving Directors, President and other senior management members; formulating plans for the audits on business policies, risk management and internal control of the Bank; and other duties authorized by the Board of Supervisors.

Where there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the Bank's corporate governance documents, the Chinese version shall prevail. Please refer to the Chinese version where the English version is not available.
