I. Multi-dimensional and Open Online Distance Learning Platform
ICBC endeavors to provide more learning and training opportunities for each employee in building a world leading financial institution. This has been turning into reality through wide application of the Internet distance learning system. After we launched the intranet distance learning system in 2002, ICBC also built the Internet distance learning system and established the top Internet University among its peers in the domestic financial sector in China. The ICBC Internet University is a web-based learning platform for employee training and self-learning across the ICBC intranet and the Internet. It effectively integrates the information acquisition channels on the ICBC intranet and the Internet and
