This program is implemented under the strategic partnership agreement between ICBC and Goldman Sachs. ICBC is now working together with Goldman Sachs in four training areas, including Pinetree Street Leadership Training Program, Advanced Professional Cadres Talent Training Plan, workshops and mentor and program support for the ICBC internal training. These programs are designed for middle-level and top management, professional cadres as well as employees in general, covering various key business areas such as leadership, risk management, investor relations management, investment banking and information disclosure. The ICBC employees will be able to share the best practice in operations management and business development with the globally leading financial institutions through participation in relevant training programs.
