ICBC has been named "Golden Bee Enterprise" at recent "The Seventh International CSR Forum and Ceremony to Announce the '2011 Golden Bee CSR Honor Roll'" held in Beijing. This marks ICBC's second time to win the award.

The International CSR Forum is sponsored by China WTO Tribune. "Golden Bee Awards" are currently one of the prestigious award programs in China CSR field. They are presented to enterprises with excellent CSR contribution. The 350+ nominated companies were assessed in a stringent six month-long evaluation process through different stages: nomination, questionnaire survey, competitive CSR cases, questionnaire evaluation, on-site visits and ranking by a panel of judges.

Since going public, ICBC focuses on CSR development unique to a Chinese financial company based on a concept of sustainable modern financial services. Winning the award demonstrates public recognition of ICBC's years of efforts in giving back to society and serving the public.
