Advisory to keep your bank account safe
 

Dear Valued Customer,
There have been an increased in reports in relation to phishing scams cases involving emails, text messages and telephone calls, with more than 220 reports lodged since January 2020.

We would like to advise you on the following tips to help keep your account safe:

1.Do not provide any personal information, bank account information (including user ID, password and OTP) and credit card/debit card details on websites or with the callers.

2.Never click on links of suspicious emails or text messages.

3.Call us immediately at 6369 5588 (24-hour customer service hotline)  if you receive an email, text message or a telephone call requesting for personal or confidential banking account information.

ICBC Singapore or government agencies will never ask for your bank account details (e.g. Internet Banking Credentials, Password, Pin, OTP or 3-digit CVV/CVC) or request you to perform fund transfer to another account.
