You pay respect to the customer and the customer pays respect back to you. We may have been rejected by customers on many occasions, however, these are exactly the best opportunity for us to learn.

I like a verse in Soil by Lu Li, the deceased patriotic poet: "If you always think you are a pearl, you will be haunted by being devolved into backwater obscurity. So, be a patch of soil, let everybody step on you and turn you into a road!" The verses not only fill with philosophical thinking, but a display of the poet's high social responsibility and fine virtues. As a young employee of ICBC, I am happy to take these verses as my motto and share with others. I wish the young of this generation will take the spirit and virtues of "soil" to learn, to improve, to work hard, to contribute to the reform and progress of ICBC.

ICBC bestows me many deep-pocketed honors and lots of opportunities to learn. My prime of life is spent in witnessing the growth and prosperity of ICBC.
