COVID-19 Loan Repayment Assistance for Affected Individuals, Microenterprises and SMEs due to MCO

Dear Valued Customers,

The challenges arising from the outbreak of Covid-19 Pandemic and various Movement Control Orders (MCO) continue to impact the financial health of individuals and businesses.

We understand that some of the affected customers are facing financial challenges due to the pandemic, and we are committed to continue providing you with the right assistance and support. As such, if you are in need of financial assistance, we encourage you to contact us to find out the best repayment assistance package that meets your needs.

In line with the recent announcement of Pakej Perlindungan Rakyat dan Pemulihan Ekonomi (PEMULIH), we are pleased to announce the following broad measures.

Loan Repayment Assistance is made available for:
·Any individual customers
·Any microenterprises (as defined in the Guideline on SME Definition issued by SME Corporation Malaysia)
·Any SMEs (as defined in the Guideline on SME Definition issued by SME Corporation Malaysia) whose financial condition has been adversely affected by the pandemic.

We will offer the following repayment assistance packages to help ease your financial burden:
·6-month deferment of instalments; or
·Reduction of monthly instalments by 50% for 6 months
